Return and Exchange Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee:

I am committed to providing you with the art you love. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the artwork to discuss your concerns.

2. Returns:

Should you wish to return the artwork, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
 

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer and I recommend that you use a reliable shipping method with tracking for returns.

3. Refunds:

After receiving the returned artwork and verifying its condition, I will issue a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges.
 

Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of the returned artwork and will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

4. Exchanges:

 

If you would like to exchange your artwork for another piece from my collection, please contact me to discuss the available options.

 

 

5. Damaged artwork:

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. To assist with any insurance claim, please document the damage by providing clear photos of both the artwork and packaging. Usually, if the damage is not due to the fault of the artist, the compensation must be paid by the postal or courier service with which the delivery was made.
I will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a refund, replacement or repair, depending on the nature of the damage.

6. Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellations made after this time frame may not be possible if the artwork has already been shipped.

7. Customs fees:

Please note that custom fees are non-refundable once work has begun. I will work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure your satisfaction.
